Villa Treccani is composed of 8 apartments of various sizes
from 2 people (25 mq) to 6 people (45 mq).
The complex stands 20 metres from the lake in an area of 6000 mq and is just 600
metres from the centre of Malcesine by an easy walk along the lake front or
along the cycle path.

The warmth of the furnishings and the functional design contribute to a
pleasant, quiet and relaxing ambience. The Villa has a swimming pool,
hydro-massage bath, a children’s playground and a myriad of opportunities for
guests to enjoy the best aspects of an enchanting holiday.

Our flourishing garden, with olive and palm trees and a wide variety of plants
and flowers typical of the area is available for guests to enjoy at leisure.
Sport
Lake Garda can offer anyone looking for sports the opportunity to discover its
enchanting landscapes; walks and excursions on Monte Baldo or along the lake
front. Sailing – Windsurfing
Our clients can take courses in sailing and windsurfing. A different and fun way
to discover the lake and swim in the clear waters.
Barca vela – Windsurfing

Hang-gliding You can soar over Monte Baldo and the lake with thrilling 2 person hang-glider
flights. The experience will add unbelievable thrills to your holiday.
Mountain bike
We can offer lovely rides on Monte Baldo and Altissimo, with the easy ascent by
cable car or descents organised via a bike shuttle from the Busa, Rocchetta or
try Bike X-Treme.
Entertainment activities
The Villa organises entertainment and leisure activities for its clients such as
excursions to the cities of art and Opera evenings at the Verona Arena, trips on
the lake on the Veliero Siora Veronica boat plus live music events on the large
bar terrace (the court) owned by the Treccani Family.
Shopping
Enjoy shopping for clothes such as "O'Neill, Volcom, Etnies" at our shop in
Malcesine where there are discounts for guests at Villa Treccani.
Garage, storage or parking
Parking, bike and windsurf storage are available free of charge.

Booking confirmation and deposit
Bookings are understood to be definitely confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of
40% of the total price of the accommodation.

Terms of cancellation
Cancellations of accommodation booked are entitled to reimbursement of the
deposit at the following conditions: 50% for cancellations from 30 to 20 days before the beginning of the booking. 100% for cancellations from 20 to 1 day before the beginning of the booking.

How to get here
From the A22 Brennero motorway, Rovereto Lago di Garda Nord exit,
continue towards Malcesine. On arrival in Malcesine the Villa is on the left.
From the A4 Milan – Venice motorway take the A22 Brennero motorway to the
Affi-Lago di Garda Sud exit, continue towards Garda and Malcesine.
On arrival in Malcesine, after the town centre, the Villa is 500 metres further
on the right.
